View On MapInstructionChief Instructor: Simon Johnson Black Belt 3rd Dan.Instructor with the self defence federation. A police officer for 22 years, involved in martial arts for over 12 years. I am a qualified S.P.E.A.R instructor through Blauer Tactical systems. Close Protection operative. ClassesClasses are for any person over the age of 6 years.Training is to World Kickboxing Association syllabus. Gradings are available, sparring and self defence included. Submission and grappling included. Classes are held on Monday evenings, from 6:30 to 8:00pm, private courses on request. Cost is £5 per person. Cross TrainingFitness training is an important part of the club and incorporates strength, speed, agility and weight loss sessions.Conflict Management and other stress related instruction. Self Defence / Risk Reduction DevelopmentSimon is available to visit your business premises, home or school / club to pass on street awareness safety, self defence in the work / home and conflict management.Simon can assist in specific instruction in the following - • ladies, basic and advanced self defence, • children's self defence (6-11yrs, 11-14yrs, 14 - 17yrs), • weapons self defence, • self defence against gang attacks. We can provide corporate investigation and security advice, risk assessment for staff travelling abroad, anti ambush/kidnap, vehicle' jacking', protection of families and their properties.
